The house is built in 3 levels due to the steep terrain. There are 60 stairs from the ground floor to the top floor where the pool and garden are. Thanks to this there are magnificent views of the sea and the mountains.
The property is accessed by car up a ramp where there is parking for 2/3 vehicles.
On this first floor we find the common areas with the dining room, fully equipped open kitchen and living room with smart tv and free wifi.
From the dining room there is access to a small balcony with wide views of the sea and the mountains.
On this same floor there is a spacious suite open to the living room with capacity for 3 single beds or 1 double.
There is also a courtesy toilet.
On the next floor we find the master suite with a bathroom and 2 other rooms that share another bathroom. One of these bedrooms is very small so it is indicated for children preferably. These 3 bedrooms share a large terrace with sea views.
Climbing up to the last level of the house, we find the swimming pool (3mx6.5m), the barbecue with fully equipped porch, garden area and sun loungers.
The capacity of this house is 7/8 adults or up to 9 people if there are children. It is fully heated with A / C.
